What is Tpad123?

Tpad123 is a cloud-based business phone system which arrives pre-configured and ready to use.

We offer flexibility and functionality in one as Tpad123 is activated, purchased, set-up and managed online. This means no expensive hardware onsite required and we manage - you simply control.

With over 26 feature-rich functions available and the ability to connect remotely regardless of the location, Tpad123 gives you all the flexibility you want in a telephone system.

Is there a set up or activation cost?

There is no activation cost. However, you will be required to purchase a handset as part of the set-up process.

What commitments do I have to make?

No minimum contract period. You simply pay as you go month to month and can cancel at any stage with no termination fees applied.

Can I keep my current number?

In most cases yes. We work with many networks which allow us to port existing numbers. This is charged at a small fee.

How long does Tpad123 take to activate?

Your phone number and account are activated immediately and your handset will be delivered to your requested address 5 – 7 days after (depending on shipping method).

What is involved in setting up my account?

Tpad123 offers clear and concise information which allows you to easily start using the phone system. Due to the account being activated instantly you can start receiving calls and customise your call set up, extensions, auto-receptionist and many more features all through your online account. When your phone arrives you simply plug in and can start making outbound calls.

What do I require in order for Tpad123 to work?

You will require a stable Broadband Connection which has access of 5meg in order for your services to work at the best quality. You also need a router with a spare port at the back which can connect the handset/device.

What happens if my internet connection goes down?

As Tpad123 is a cloud based system, we are not dependant on the internet to keep your services up and running. We can set up a call divert to a chosen number, i.e. mobile and you can continue to receive and make calls displaying the same caller ID as your business phone.

How do I log onto my account?

Log in to your account by clicking in the top right corner of the homepage and using the username and password sent to you in your welcome email.

How do I reset my password?

In 'My Account' page you will find an option tab for Personal Information. Under this section you will find an option to change password.

What is the Administrator?

The administrator has full access to the account to make any changes. This will be the individual who receives confirmation of purchase, account details and any notifications regarding your account. The Administrator will have access to company settings under 'My Account' tab.

Other users will be able to change and set-up their own extensions.

How do I become a Partner of Tpad123?

What if I require more support?

How do I get a full refund at the end of the 30-day trial?
